I'm glad that getting Wheelchair Accessible room with good AC, modern bathroom plus comfortable bed was not a problem. The staff are amazingly attentive and incredibly polite, the location is magnificent.

It has EXCELLENT facilities and offers particularly good breakfasts. The staff are super-friendly and affable, we really enjoyed them. Also, the location is great, minutes from Zona Viva. The airport is 0.5 miles away, easy to get to.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the cleanliness and overall condition of the room. The pillows provided were simply magnificent, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a heated outdoor pool on the 5th floor being a standout feature. The location of the hotel was nothing short of spectacular, with plenty of food and stores within a short walking distance, including Plaza Fontabella and Oakland mall. The breakfast offered at this hotel was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff at the hotel were friendly and attentive, providing exceptional service throughout my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to this city.
